For marine engineers and operators who require knowledge about WinGD electronically controlled common-rail two-stroke engines.

Course objectives

After completion of this course attendees will be able to understand all systems of a WinGD common-rail electronically controlled two-stroke engine and functions of the main components. They will be able to operate the subject engines in a safe manner and to perform selected parameters change via the Operator’s Interface.

Target group

The course is designed for marine engineers and operators who require  knowledge about WinGD electronically controlled common-rail two-stroke engines. It is also highly recommended for technical managers and marine superintendents to gain a general overview of these engines.

Trainees should have knowledge of marine two-stroke low-speed diesel engines and be able to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. Basic computer skills are also required.
